The Yokohama Memorial Kanazawa Cultural Foundation aims to pass down Kanazawa's excellent cultural heritage, traditional performing arts, and favorable neighborhood relationships to the next generation. It also works towards the preservation, restoration, and revitalization of these valuable cultural assets, while fostering the creation of new local cultures and communities. In doing so, the foundation contributes to the promotion of vibrant and livable city development. The foundation carries out the following public interest projects to achieve these goals.
